Here’s something you need to hear:
You get to choose what kind of life you’re going to live.
I know, I know. You’re thinking about your circumstances, your bank account, your limitations, all the reasons you CAN’T.
But here’s the truth: Some people live ninety years. Some people live one year ninety times.
The difference isn’t luck. It’s not privilege. It’s not who they know or where they started.
It’s whether they’re willing to activate their abundance—or stay stuck in their set point.
So what kind of life are you willing to live?
One pushed by the pain of discontent and limitation? Or one overflowing with abundance?
Because, the me tell ya, abundance is available to you right now. You just have to plug into it.
The Truth About Abundance
Here’s what most people get wrong about abundance:
They think it’s random. Some people are “lucky,” while others aren’t. That abundance chooses some people and ignores others.
But abundance doesn’t work that way.
Think about electricity. There are two houses on the same street. Both have access to the same power lines. But only one house has lights on.
Why?
Because only one house figured out how to plug in.
The people in the lit house aren’t “lucky.” They’re just connected to the source.
The same is true for abundance. It’s not being withheld from you. You’re just not plugged in yet.
And here’s the thing: The universe doesn’t hold abundance back. You hold it from yourself.
Through your beliefs. Your set point. Your “Yes, but…” responses. Your hesitation to really claim what you want.
So let’s change that. Here are four steps to activate your abundance, starting right now.
Step 1: Decide You’re Actually Willing
Before you do anything else, you need to answer this question honestly:
Are you willing to live in abundance?
Not “Do you want it?” Everyone wants it.
But are you WILLING?
Because here’s what most people don’t realize: Abundance requires something from you. It requires you to:
- Release old beliefs about what you deserve
- Let go of the safety of your current set point
- Show up differently
- Handle more
- Be visible
- Take up space
So before you say “Yes, I want abundance,” ask yourself: Am I actually willing to do what it takes?
Am I willing to live at a higher level of well-being, success, and aliveness—even if it means leaving behind the comfortable limitations I’ve been living in?
If your answer is “What does that mean?” or “What do I have to give up?” or “But what if…” you’re hesitant.
And hesitation blocks abundance.
But if your answer is “YES. I’m ready. I’m willing. I want to live in harmony with abundance.” Then your life will start to shift.
Not because the universe rewards bold declarations, but because willingness opens the door for new actions, new beliefs, and new results.
Step 2: Understand Your Set Point
Here’s something that will blow your mind:
You have a set point for abundance.
Somewhere in your belief system—probably subconsciously—you’ve decided how much love, money, happiness, success, and freedom you’re “supposed” to have.
Want to know what your set point is?
Look at your life right now. That’s it.
We don’t accidentally create our lives. We create the lives we believe we ought to have. A certain amount of money. A certain level of relationship. A certain degree of happiness.
And here’s the kicker: Even when something extraordinary happens that exceeds your set point, you’ll find a way to return to it.
The data proves this. Over 90% of lottery winners return to their original income level within three years, even those who win millions of dollars.
How? They spend it. Give it away. Make bad investments. Buy things that lose value. Somehow, some way, they get rid of the abundance because their internal set point couldn’t hold it.
To really win the lottery, to really activate abundance, you have to build a consciousness that can attract, accept, and stabilize it.
Your set point isn’t fixed. It’s not permanent. But it IS controlling your life right now.
So pay attention to it. Notice how it plays out in:
- Relationships (How much love do you believe you deserve?)
- Finances (What’s your “comfortable” income ceiling?)
- Freedom (How much ease do you allow yourself?)
- Success (What level feels “safe” vs. “too much”?)
Your set point is just a belief. And beliefs can change.
Step 3: Pour Clean Water Into the Muddy Bucket
Here’s the good news: You don’t have to dig out every limiting belief you’ve ever had.
You don’t need to understand where they came from. You don’t need years of therapy to unpack them. You don’t need to excavate your childhood wounds.
You just need to pour in clean water.
If you have a bucket with muddy water at the bottom, you don’t have to scoop out the mud. You just keep pouring in clear water. Eventually, the mud gets diluted and washes away.
Your limiting beliefs work the same way.
Maybe you have a subconscious belief that:
- Money is the root of all evil
- Rich people are greedy
- You don’t deserve more than you have
- Abundance is selfish
- There’s something more spiritual about struggle
It doesn’t matter where these beliefs came from.
Just focus on pouring in the clear water of new beliefs.
Every time you catch yourself thinking a limiting thought, pour in a new one:
- “I am worthy of abundance”
- “There’s more than enough for everyone.”
- “Abundance allows me to help more peopl.e”
- “I can have wealth AND integrity”
- “Ease is available to me”
You don’t have to believe them perfectly at first. Just keep pouring them in. Eventually, every limitation will be gone.
Step 4: Say Your Wholehearted YES
This is where most people get stuck.
They say “Yes, I want abundance… BUT…”
“Yes, but I don’t know how.” “Yes, but what if I fail?” “Yes, but what if people judge me?” “Yes, but I’m not ready.”
That’s not a “Yes.” That’s a “maybe.”
And abundance doesn’t respond to “maybe.”
Abundance responds to a wholehearted YES.
Not a hesitant one. Not a qualified one. Not a “Yes, if everything goes perfectly.”
A real YES sounds like:
- “I am willing to live in abundance.”
- “I am ready to expand my set point.”
- “I am committed to activating my abundance.”
- “I choose to plug into what’s available to me.”
Just by saying that wholehearted YES, you set new things in motion.
New opportunities show up. New ideas emerge. New actions become possible.
Not because of magic, but because you’ve signaled to yourself—and the universe—that you’re no longer playing small.
Your Work This Week
Here’s what I want you to do:
1. Answer the question: Are you willing?
Write it down. “I am willing to live in abundance.” Say it out loud. Mean it.
2. Identify your set point.
Look at your life right now. Where are you playing small? What’s your comfortable ceiling in relationships, finances, success, freedom?
Name it. Get honest about it.
3. Pour in clean water.
Every time you catch a limiting belief, replace it with an abundant one. Don’t dig. Don’t analyze. Just pour.
4. Say your wholehearted YES.
Not tomorrow. Not when you’re ready. Right now.
“I am willing to activate my abundance. I am ready to live at a higher level. I say YES.”
The Bottom Line
Abundance isn’t being withheld from you.
You’re just not plugged in yet.
And the only thing standing between you and the lit house? Your willingness. Your set point. Your hesitant “Yes, but…”
So stop waiting for permission. Stop playing at your comfortable ceiling. Stop returning to your set point because it feels safer.
Decide you’re willing. Understand your set point. Pour in clean water. Say your wholehearted YES.
Because honey, this life is not a dress rehearsal. You might as well live abundantly while you’re here.
The power lines are available. The abundance is there.
Are you ready to plug in?
