Alicea's Case Study

The very first strategy session I ever did was with my niece, Alicea.  She was distraught and didn't know how she would ever get back to school.  We did the session and in this session I encouraged her to right down what she really wanted, even if it seemed impossible.  She wrote that she wanted to get a promotion and make more money.  She also wanted to go to Arizona State.  She didn't think she could because of money and academics, but she played along with me and wrote it down.


Within two weeks of our session, she was promoted at her job, Starbucks.  Further, they announced a scholarship partnership with Arizona State.
